This could be interesting where changes in the law are being proposed making it illegal to photograph a member of the security services(policemen, soldiers and firemen etc) while they are carrying out their duties and in uniform.
Malden Camera Club will be holding its annual exhibition on 3rd and 4th July 2009, with an opening and awards evening on 2nd July at 8pm in the
Methodist Church,
High Street,
New Malden.
Visitors will be welcome throughout the open days, 11am to 4pm (TBC confirmed - check with the secretary).
Members of SPA clubs and their friends would also be most welcome to join us for the opening and awards evening on 2nd July when the prize winning entries will be commented on by our exhibition judge, Steve Lawrenson, and
complimentary refreshments will be provided. An event not to be missed!
It would be helpful if anybody wishing to attend the opening and awards evening could let us know for catering purposes. Please contact the secretary by emailing secretary@maldencameraclub.org.uk.
or phone on 020-8540 6016 (or 5767 during office hours) for further details.
